| 摘 要： | 科学技术是第一生产力,通过探索当前我国运动训练领域面临的各种理论和实践问题,以创新带动竞技运动水平的提高,是当前发展竞技体育的关键要素,是进一步缩短我国与发达国家在竞技体育理论与科研领域中的差距,促进我们深化对运动训练规律的认识,进而促进中国竞技体育发展方式转变的有效方式。创新是时代的主题,是竞技体育发展的主线,是我们成功备战伦敦奥运会的刚性要求。推动训练创新,需要不断解放思想,破除迷信,实事求是;需要不断地总结提炼,分析归纳,需要理性思考。一、创新需要独立的人格魅力,需要求知欲和好奇心,需要一种高尚的科学精神;二、创新是人类特有的认识能力和实践能力,破除迷信、解放思想是创新的不竭动力;三、创新需要理性思维,需要理论联系实际,需要马克思主义哲学作为武器。
