| 摘 要： | 通过对日本职工的健康评价,充分认识到运用经济的方法评价体育在保持企业职工良好健康状况与企业发展关系中的地位、作用、功能和效果、效益。采用文献资料法,从日本企业职工的健康体育理念的形成因素、内容拓展等方面,剖析了日本企业职工的健康体育理念。同时,借鉴日本职工的健康管理制度,构建适应国际竞争与发展的中国职工健康体系。
