| 摘 要： | 政策是理论指导实践的中间环节,政策研究既可推动理论创新,又可指导实践发展。研究表明：改革开放、1990年北京亚运会和2008年北京奥运会是近四十年来我国体育外交政策演进的三个分界点。我国体育外交政策的演进体现了从体育大国向体育强国逐步迈进的历史过程：改革开放至1990年期间,我国体育外交政策的着力点在积极参与国际体育赛事,通过＂走出去＂的策略来逐步树立体育大国的国际形象;1990年至2008年期间,我国的体育外交政策在继续巩固作为体育大国的国际影响力之外,还积极申办、举办各级各类国际大赛,通过＂请进来＂的策略来逐步体现作为体育大国的责任和姿态;2008年以后,我国体育外交政策的重点是以高度文化自觉的姿态来逐步树立体育强国的国际形象。

| Abstract: | Policy connects theory and practice,which means that research on policy is of great value to theoretical research and practice.This research carries out an analysis on the development process of China＇s foreign policy in sports since the Reform and Opening-up Program began,and obtains the following conclusion.The beginning of the reform and opening-up,the 1990 Beijing Asia Games,and the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games are three dividing points of different stages in the evolution of China＇s foreign policy in sports.The foreign policies in sports have different characteristics in the three different stages,which are related to a series of factors from social surroundings,the sports field,etc.And these policies produce great positive effects on sports development,and even on the social development |
