| 摘 要： | 体育法学课程的开设契合了当今社会对新型体育人才的需求,专题研究性教学模式在体育法教学过程中的提出与实践,不仅是一种教学模式的创新,更是一种能够激发学生学习主动性,培养学生科学法律素养、提高学生研究创新能力的教学改革。专题研究性教学,在教学过程中根据学科性质特点,重新构建了教学内容体系,采用研讨似的授课方式,并充分利用多种教学资源,在充分尊重学生主体性的基础上完成教学任务。

| Abstract: | The opening of sports law courses correspond to the needs of Cultivating Sportsmen in today＇s society. Re- search-oriented teaching mode in sports law and practice is not only the innovation of teaching mode, but also a kind of teaching reform that stimulating students＇ learning initiative, training students＇ scientific literacy, improving students＇ study innovation ability. According to the character of subject nature, Special research-oriented teaching in the teaching process reconstructed the teaching content system,adopt the study-discuss teaching pattern,and make full use of various teaching resources, based on the fully respect students＇ subjectivity to finish the teaching task. |
