| 摘 要： | 通过对国际奥委会中妇女的参与情况、人数、职务以及所在的地区分布上与男性进行对比研究，指出妇女在国际奥委会中的领导地位，并阐述了妇女参与领导决策的重要作用，对目前存在的不足之处提出一点建议。

| Abstract: | Based on the comparative analysis on the situation of women＇ s and men ＇ s participation in International Olympic Committee in the quantitative level, in the extent of power and the regional distribution, this study indicated that the status of women in the International Olympic Committee and demonstrated the importance of women during the decision - making procedure of the Olympic movement. Facing to the shortcomings, we make some recommendations. |
