| 摘 要： | 在日本学校体育政策的指导下,日本青少年体质状况实现了长期发展,为日本经济和社会发展提供了扎实的劳动力保障.文章采用逻辑分析、数据统计分析等方法,结合日本经济、社会的发展进程,系统阐述了日本学校体育政策的变迁与内涵,分析了不同时期日本学校体育政策对青少年体质状况的影响.日本的学校体育政策始终以社会需要为基础制定和实施,在满足当时经济社会发展需求的同时,卓有成效地提高了本国青少年的身体健康状况,形成了一整套具有日本特色的学校体育政策体系,这对我国的学校体育政策发展有很重要的借鉴意义.我国应该立足国情和学校体育政策发展现状,汲取日本的成熟经验,在法律体系建设、保证体育活动质量和优化配套制度设计等方面来促进我国学校体育的发展.

The Influence of School Sports Policies on the Fitness of Japanese Teenagers and Their Inspirations for China |

| Abstract: | Under the guidance of Japanese school sports policies,the fitness condition of Japanese teenagers has realized a long-term development which in turn has provided a solid labor force guarantee for Japan`s economic and social development.This paper,by looking at the process of the economic and social development of Japan,systematically expounds the changes and connotations of school sports policies in Japan,and analyzes their influence on the fitness of Japanese teenagers in different periods.School sports policies in Japan were formulated and implemented to consistently meet the demand of economic and social development,and at the same time,the fitness of Japanese teenagers has improved effectively.A system of school sports policy with Japanese characteristics has been formed.This is of great significance to the development of the school sports policies in China.We should take into consideration our national conditions and the present situation of the school sports policies development,draw lessons from the mature experience of Japan,and promote the development of our school sports in the following aspects:improving the legal system,ensuring the quality of sports activities and optimizing the design of supporting systems. |
