| 摘 要： | 北京奥运会的成功举办,展示了我国不断增强的综合国力和体育举得的辉煌成就,同时,我国体育发展也面临新的机遇和挑战。通过广泛借鉴已有研究成果,确立了建立体育工作评价考核体系的指导思想和基本原则,并从群众体育、竞技体育、体育产业、体育竞赛、体育设施、综合因素等多方面明确地方体育工作的主要内容,初步提出建立省（区、市）体育工作评价考核体系基本框架。以期对今后中国体育的改革发展,促进竞技体育和群众体育、体育事业和体育产业协调发展发挥积极的引导作用。

| Abstract: | Beijing Olympic Games held successfully shows China＇s comprehensive national strength and the achievements of sports development.Meanwhile,China＇s sports development is also facing new opportunities and challenges.After referring existing research results,we set the guiding ideology and basic principles of sports work evaluation system.From mass sports,competitive sports,sports industry,sports competitions,sports facilities,a combination of factors etc.,we cleared the main content of local sports,and initially proposed to establish the basic framework of evaluation and examination system of provinces＇（autonomous regions and municipalities） sports work.In order to provide useful references for future reform of China＇s sports,promote the coordinated development of competitive sports and mass sport,play an active role in guiding the development of China＇s sports. |
