| 摘 要： | 体育院校辅导员素质的高低，直接影响到培养体育人才的质量。因此，作为一名称职的辅导员必须做到：一强，事业心和责任感强；二正，为人正、处事正；三懂，懂学生、懂业务、懂政策；四会，会做思想工作、会解决问题、会实施管理、会总结创新。
