| 摘 要： | 探索了1941-1944年民国学校体育视导制度,发现当时是由教育部门统管学校体育、竞技体育和社会体育;比较重视体育管理队伍的人员素质和组织建设;并且对体育防腐和提高体育资源利用效能比的努力在管理的制度安排上也有所反映。

| Abstract: | This paper probes into the inspection system of school sports in the Republic of China during 1941-1944,and finds that it was the education department that governs school sports,competitive sports and social sports.The system paid much more attention to the quality of sports government team and organization construction,as well as made effort to prevent corruption in sports and improve the efficiency of utilization of sports resources. |
