| 摘 要： | 长期以来，体育教育专业的学生的能力培养和教育实习方式的改革是学校体育工作所关心和探讨的问题， 特别是在21世纪的来临之际，学校体育的改革呼唤新型的体育教师，因此，改革现行的教育实习方式，培养学生的能力，使他们能更好的适应社会发展的需要，是学校体育工作所探讨、解决的首要问题。
