| 摘 要： | 通过体育新课程标准在连云港市四县农村初级中学实施状况的调查,对影响新课程标准在农村初级中学实施的因素进行剖析,调查发现,农村初级中学在实施新课标过程中明显存在以下问题:1)教师对新课标缺乏全面深刻的认识、课改意识淡薄;2)教师对新课标适应难;3)家长、校长、其他任课教师对体育新课标不理解、不支持使新课标缺失外界的监管。导致新课标施行不畅的主要原因为:1)新课标在农村中学可操作性不强;2)体育教师对新课标存有抵触情绪;3)新课标的过程评价过细的负面影响;4)新课标提高了教师专业素质要求;5)教师培训不到位;6)教育行政部门对学校体育工作的评价体系发展滞后。为此,提出如下对策:1)转变领导的观念;2)转变教师的观念;3)改进学校教学管理评价制度、建立评价课改、学校体育工作的新机制;4)增加学校体育经费的投入,改善体育活动条件;5)积极实施《学生体质健康标准》和初中、高中毕业升学体育考试制度;6)学校体育专家深入农村学校,加强对教师的理论和实践指导;7)建立实施体育新课程标准讨论平台。

| Abstract: | Physical education new course standard of practical implement has brought a great reform to the school physical education teaching.Not only the choice of teaching contents,but also the structure of teaching frame has changed greatly.Through the investigation of the physical education new course which was carried out in the country middle school in the four countries of Lianyungang City,this article analyzes the factor which influences new course standard and puts forward some suggestions to the new course standard of practical implement in country junior middle school. |
