| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料法、调查法,对高校男女大学生参与课外体育活动的动机进行了调查与比较分析。结果显示:在休闲娱乐动机上,所占比例较大,其中男生动机的比例超过女生,显示出男生对休闲娱乐的较强的需求;在社会交往动机方面,同样显示出高校男生的较高需求;女生在健身健美动机上表现突出,体现出女性爱美的特征,希望通过运动瘦身健美的心理期待的比例远高于男生;在心理放松动机方面,男女大学生表现趋同;在课程学习动机上,女生更注重发挥课外学习与锻炼的最大效能。

| Abstract: | By investigation and comparison the motivation of college students in their participation into extracurricular sports,the author finds that there are many difference between male and female students.In the motivation of recreation and social intercourse,there are more male college students who have this motivation than that of female one's,on the contrary,in body building and PE learning motivation there more female college student.there are the same college students who hold the relax motivation. |
