| Abstract: | By consulting reference books involved and investigating the development of P. E. industry, the author has analyzed the present development of P.E. in higher education and the existent problems, expounded on the sound management of the combination of the P. E. industry and market economy. Finally, in this article, the author also has pointed out the significance of the social values of the P.E. industry. |
