| 摘 要： | 当今社会是高度竞争的社会。竞争给人类社会带来高度文明的同时,也带来了难以解决的社会问题。针对太极拳在竞争社会中的价值进行研究,结果表明：当今社会需要一种和谐文化的介入,太极拳运动成为竞争社会中健康运动方式的最佳选择;太极拳当代价值是竞争社会中不可或缺的生活元素,也是一种净化心灵的工具,更是和谐人生的标尺。蕴含丰富价值的太极拳必将在现代竞争社会中彰显出重要意义。

| Abstract: | Today＇s society is a highly competitive society.And competition has brought about a high-level civilization to human society,while causing social problems that are difficult to solve at the same time.This article studies the value of Taijiquan,and the result shows that：today＇s society needs the intervention of a harmonious culture,therefore Taijiquan has become the best choice of the way of playing sports in competitive society.Taijiquan＇s contemporary value is an indispensable element of life in competitive society,and it is also a tool for purification of the mind.What＇s more,it is the ruler of a harmonious life.The rich value of Taijiquan will absolutely show its important significance in modern competitive society. |
