| 摘 要： | 从生命的视角审视体育教育，体育教育应以关注与直面生命为起点，点化与润泽生命，促成自然生命与价值生命的整体发展，培育一个身心和谐的全人是体育教育应有之意。我们要深刻认识体育的生命品性，挖掘其中丰富的生命内涵，在体育教育中积极渗透生命教育，不仅有利于改变我国目前生命教育不利局面，建立多层次立体的生命教育体系，也有利于我们更准确把握体育教育的内涵，进一步推进体育课程改革。清醒认识生命在我国体育教育中失落的现状，牢牢竖立“生命为本”的体育教育理念，增强生命意识，在体育课程中确立系统的生命教育目标，将生命的本质、特征和需要体现在体育教育过程中，实现体育教育生命化。
