| 摘 要： | 大型体育赛事知识产权日渐显现出巨大的市场价值，但对其市场开发触及“知识产权滥用”的垄断质疑声也如影相随。本文对我国目前大型体育赛事知识产权保护以及反垄断法的研究现状作了概述，阐述了大型体育赛事的知识产权既具有一般知识产权的“垄断”共性，又具有区别于一般知识产权的特殊垄断性，应从法律上进一步明确大型体育赛事知识产权的特殊地位，为体育赛事提供良好的舆论环境。
