| 摘 要： | 运用文献研究、问卷调查、数理统计分析等方法，比较分析体育与非体育专业大学生人际关系的特征，以及体育活动对其的作用与影响。研究结果表明，体育与非体育大学生人际关系既存在一定共性，也存在诸多差异性；体育活动在情绪、认知、自我表露、人际信任等四个方面对大学生人际关系的影响较为显著。建议：学校方面应积极开展体育活动，建设校园体育文化，促进大学生人格和人际关系的健康发展；教师方面应积极组织和开展体育活动和社交活动，引导和帮助大学生建立良好的人际关系；学生方面应有针对性地组织和参与体育活动，以体育活动中加强沟通和交流，建立良好的人际关系，促进自我完善与发展。

Analysis of the Impact of Sports Activities through the Comparison of the Relationship between Sports and Non Sports Major College Students |

| Abstract: | This paper adopts the methods of literature research,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics and analysis, comparison and analysis of the characteristics of interpersonal relationships of college students majoring in sports and non sports,and sports activity influence on College Students’ interpersonal relationship. The results show that there are some similarities and differences in interpersonal relationship between sports and non sports college students. Sports activities in emotional,cognitive,self disclosure,interpersonal trust and other four aspects of the impact of College Students’ interper-sonal relationships are more significant. Suggestions:schools should actively carry out sports activities,the construction of campus sports culture, and promote the healthy development of College Students’ personality and interpersonal relation-ships. Teachers should actively organize and carry out sports activities and social activities,and guide and help students to establish good interpersonal relationships. Students should organize and participate in sports activities in order to strengthen communication and exchange,establish good interpersonal relationship,promote self perfection and development. |
