| 摘 要： | 俄罗斯兴奋剂事件发酵时间之长、涉及人员之多、惩戒之严、影响之广，前所未有。俄罗斯兴奋剂事件的生成，有着深刻的社会文化根源，主要包括政治利益驱动、经济利益诱惑、畸形心理动机。俄罗斯兴奋剂事件是对现代奥运和竞技运动的严峻挑战，它不仅损害了俄罗斯国家形象和国际声誉，而且引发了一系列社会负效应，影响了现代竞技运动的发展。中国体坛应从俄罗斯兴奋剂事件吸引教训，通过立法、宣传教育、监管和处罚等手段，从供给侧、需求侧严格管控和严厉惩处兴奋剂的生产和使用，从思想上加强兴奋剂与反兴奋剂的宣传和教育，从技术上加强相关检测技术和方法的研究和创新，有效预防群体性以及个体性兴奋剂事件的生成，促进我国竞技体育健康发展。

The Sociological Interpretation and Thinking of the Russian Doping Events |

| Abstract: | The long fermentation time of Russia’s doping events,involving personnel,discipline,and the influence of the wide,unprecedented. The formation of the doping events in Russia has a profound social and cultural roots,mainly inclu-ding political interest driven,economic interests temptation,abnormal psychological motivation. Russian doping is a severe challenge to the modern Olympic Games and sports,it not only damages the Russian national image and international repu-tation,but also triggered a series of negative social effects,influencing the development of modern sports. China from Russia sports doping events attract lessons,through legislation,education,supervision and punishment and other means,from the supply side and demand side management strictly and severely punished the production and use of stimulants,strengthen the propaganda of doping and Anti Doping and the ideological education,strengthening the research and innovation of relat-ed detection techniques and methods from technology,Effectively prevent the formation of mass and individual doping e-vents,and promote the healthy development of competitive sports in China. |
