| 摘 要： | 竞技体育后备人才培养保障机制的完善与创新直接影响到我国奥运战略的实施。通过分析中国竞技体育后备人才培养保障机制的历史与现实，指出国家作为保障的责任和实施主体为后备人才培养提供了多方面保障，但保障方式与途径还不够丰富和全面。随着后备人才培养主体的多元化发展，应该建立目标全面、制度健全的保障机制来确保后备人才培养活动的良性运行。

| Abstract: | The consummation and innovation of sports reserve personnel training safeguard mechanism influence the implementation of our country Olympic Games strategy immediately. Through analyzes the history and the reality of Chinese sports reserve personnel training safeguard mechanism, pointed out that the country has provided various safeguard as the safeguard responsibility and the implementation body for the reserve personnel training, but the safeguard way are not very rich and comprehensive. Along with the reserve personnel training hody＇s multiplex development, should establish this safeguard mechanism which the goal is comprehensive and the system is perfect to guarantee benign movement of reserve personnel training. |
