| 摘 要： | 田径裁判工作是由裁判员来组织与执法的，裁判素质的强弱，直接影响到运动员技术水平的发挥，运动成绩的提高，所以切实抓好裁判工作就显得极为重要。本根据裁判素质的特殊性及要求，21世纪裁判工作的改革与发展提出了实质性的建议，以供探讨。

| Abstract: | The job of the track and field referee is finished by referees. Referees qualities have great influences on the performance of the athletes. Therefore, it is very important to have a just referee. According to the particularity of the referee, the essay gives constructive suggestion to the reform and development of the job of track and field referee. |
