| 摘 要： | 大众体育对和谐社会需求的人与自然的和谐、人自身的和谐、人与人的和谐具有巨大的促进作用，大众体育在推进和谐社会的建设过程中应做到：构建和谐社会大众体育的科学发展观、建立和完善大众体育的法规及其运作机制、快速建立全民健身预警机制、高度重视弱势群体健身活动。

| Abstract: | Physical education for the masses can bring about great advances in fulfilling requirements of a harmonious society,that is to say,it can accelerate the harmony between human and nature,human and human,human and society.The followings should be done during the process of constructing a harmonious society:establishing correct ideas of scientific development;setting up and perfecting a set of law rules and its constructing system;quickly forming a pre-alarm system for physical exercises of all the people;attaching a great importance to the physical activities of the weaknesses. |
