| 摘 要： | 发球前三板技术是中国运动员克敌制胜的法宝,为中国的乒乓球运动取得好成绩做出了巨大的贡献。随着乒乓球大球和“无遮挡发球”的改革,我国运动员的发球及前三板技术优势不再明显。分析了各时期我国运动员的主要发球特点,研究新规则下乒乓球发球及前三板技术带来的一系列变化与影响,找出目前我国运动员发球技术所存在的问题,提出合理的建议,为乒乓球教学与训练提供一定的理论参考依据。

| Abstract: | The first-three-plate of serving technology has been a magic weapon for Chinese athletes defeating competitors,which greatly contributed to the good performance of Chinese table tennis achievement.Along with the reforms on the big table tennis and "Non-covering Serving",the advantage of Chinese table tennis athletes in respect the serving of table tennis and the first-three-plate serving technology becomes weak.This thesis analyzes the main characteristics of serving technologies of Chinese table tennis athletes at various periods and studies a series of changes and impacts of serving and first-three-plate serving technologies under new regulations and identifies the existing problems of serving technologies of Chinese table tennis athletes and provides valuable proposals and theoretic reference benchmarks for Chinese table tennis education and training. |
