基于关心发展理论中学体育教师新课程实施程度的影响因素特征分析

摘    要:在课程改革实施过程中,体育教师深受多种因素影响。在众多影响因素中,究竟哪些因素真正地影响了体育教师的课程实施值得研究探讨。为了解影响因素特征,运用文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计法,并借鉴关心发展理论,利用研制的因素量表进行了调查分析。研究发现:学校与体育教师对改革的需求低;体育新课程改革的复杂度超过预期;体育新课程改革方案的质量有待提高;体育教师对职业与课标的认同度较低;体育教师的自身能力素质尚未达到改革要求的水准;学校的体育文化氛围不利于改革;学生的体育学习态度不端正、目标不明确。因此影响中学体育教师新课程实施程度的主要因素归纳为教师态度、教师能力素质、课改方案、体育文化、学生。在不同的关心发展阶段,五因素对中学体育教师的影响作用各不相同。

Abstract:In the process of curriculum reform and implementation,P. E teachers are influenced by many factors. To understand the characteristics of these influencing factors,a survey was carried out with the help of the influencing factors scale. The study found that the school and physical education teachers had low demand for reform;that the new PE curriculum encountered unexpected difficulties;that the quality of new curriculum reform for sports was yet to be improved;that physical education teachers had low identity with their profession and the curriculum standard;that physical education teacher’s own abilities were not up to requirements of the reform;that the school did not en-joy a sports culture that is favorable to reform;that students lacked a positive attitude and a clear goal in terms of physical education learning. Therefore,the factors that influenced the implementation by middle school PE teachers of the new curriculum were mainly the teacher’s attitude, their abilities, the curriculum reform scheme, the sports culture of the school and the students. At different stages of concern,the five factors exerted different influence over middle schools P. E teachers.
