| 摘 要： | 2008年北京奥运会向全世界展示了中国文化精粹,发扬了体育精神,用一枚枚金牌证实了我国在奥运项目上的绝对实力。然而,世界体育发展不仅限于奥运项目,还包含着许许多多非奥运项目。这些非奥项目很多具有广泛的群众基础,同样寄予着人们无限的期望。在实际生活中,非奥运项目的发展却是屡屡受阻,影响着中国成为真正的体育强国。本文结合当前我国非奥运项目发展现状,分析了非奥运项目在我国群众基础广泛、生命力顽强,很多项目具有时代特征及成熟的商业运作模式。同时也指出当前非奥运项目发展面临诸如经费来源不足、体制政策倾斜有限、项目发展参差不齐等问题。在此基础上提出未来非奥运项目发展需要稳步推进项目的重组进程、增加外部资金来源、逐步减少对政府的依赖、建立非奥项目服务中心和相关配套产业发展。

| Abstract: | At the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games,China was dominant in gold medal count,proving its overwhelming strength in the sports on the Olympic program as well as showcasing to the whole world the quintessence of its cul-ture and sportsmanship. However,sport undertaking is not limited to Olympic sports only,but it also contains many non-Olympic sports,which enjoy a broad-based popularity and of which people also have high expectations. In prac-tice,unfortunately,the development of non-Olympic sports often meets with resistance, preventing China from be-coming a real sports power. In this paper,we will look at the current situation of non-Olympic sports in China and point out that non-Olympic sports are highly participative and full of vitality,many with the characteristics of the times and mature business models. We will also identify problems in the development of non-Olympic sports,inclu-ding inadequate funding, limited policy support and unbalanced project distribution. Corresponding to these prob-lems,we will propose relevant measures,which include stepping up projects restructuring,increasing external fun-ding sources,gradually reducing dependence on the government,establishing non-Olympic sports service centers and developing related supporting industries. |
