| 摘 要： | 体育强国就是能够提供另一体育文化选择,并且拥有国际话语权的国家。体育文化崛起是体育强国的必然要求,体育强国需要并且能够创造出一个不同于西方的体育文化。但是,中国没有自己的体育文化,中国的体育文化依然是一种依附性文化。体育强国的国际话语权实际上就是一国的体育文化被＂他者＂自愿接受而产生影响的权力,但是,中国尚不具有国际体育话语权。要强调中国传统体育文化的普世性和互补性,文化创新,加强中国体育发展模式的理论研究以提升国际体育话语权。举国体制是中国体育的发展模式,是最具中国元素的体育文化。举国体制的创新最根本的是价值创新。通过意识形态价值创新、公共体育服务价值创新以及民间性价值创新等实现举国体制的价值创新。

| Abstract: | A powerful sports nation is one which can provide the choice of other culture and global voice in interna-tional affairs. The rising of sports culture is necessary for the powerful sports nation,which not only needs but also can create a sports culture different from the western sports culture. However,China has not a sports culture of its own,but an anaclitic one. In fact,the global voice of powerful sports nation is a sports culture with the power to in-fluence,and accepted by others. China has not global voice in international sports affairs yet. In order to promote the global voice,we should emphasize the universality and complementarity of traditional sports culture,strengthen cul-tural innovation and research China’ models of sports development. The national sports system is such a model,with most typical Chinese elements. The essence of system innovation is value innovation. We suggest that the innovation of the national sports system be realized through ideological value innovation,public sports service value innovation, and non-governmental value innovation. |
