| 摘 要： | 从史学角度分析了我国职工体育发展经历的五个历史阶段，即初创期、徘徊期、低谷期、发展与提高期和社会转型阶段的变革期，在深入阐述社会转型期我国社会发展变化特点的基础上，分析了我国职工体育的存在的问题及面临的机遇与挑战。
