| 摘 要： | 分析了终身体育思想内涵,从历史角度探讨了终身体育思想产生的背景,并对终身体育人群的特征予以描述,在此基础上,提出在高校实施终身体育教育,必须从启发大学生体育意识入手,着力培养大学生体育运动情感,利用校园环境,培养大学生终身体育的行为习惯。
