| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法对当前足球职业化改革现状进行全面剖析：管理体制属于国家法团主义体制、职业联赛职业化程度不高、联赛中出现＂假、赌、黑＂等现象主要是由于足协监管、工作不力造成;其次,职业足球领域司法介入不深是另一重要原因;改革方向应继续坚持国家法团主义体制下,建立足协权力、工作绩效监管机制、司法监管体系完全介入职业足球领域;足协应重视保护俱乐部的权益、合理处理联赛权益上的分配的关系。

| Abstract: | The use of literature, logical analysis of the current status of professional soccer comprehensive analysis of reform： the management system of state corporatism system, professional league is not high level professional league in a ＂false, gambling, black ＂ and so the main Supervision because of Football Association, working poor result; followed by judicial intervention in the field of professional football is another important reason is not deep; reform should continue to adhere to under the system of state corporatism, the establishment of football power, performance monitoring mechanism, judicial supervision system to fully engage in professional Football field ; Football Association should pay attention to protecting the interests of the club, a reasonable distribution deal with the league on the relationship between rights and interests.
