| 摘 要： | 运用问卷调查、文献资料和数理统计等方法对大学生休闲教育内容进行分析,并且从休闲教育内容着手,基于休闲体育视角,认为构建适合大学生的休闲教育内容顺应时代的要求,对大学生休闲体育的目标而言,也是一个有益的尝试,从而完善现今高校休闲教育,促进大学生休闲体育的健康发展。

| Abstract: | With the methods of questionnaire surveys,documentary study,mathematical statistics etc,the article analyses the content of leisure education of the university students.Based on the analysis,a series of standards suitable for university students will be set up from the prospect of leisure sports.This is beneficial not only to leisure sports of university students,but also promotes the present leisure education of universities and the healthy development of leisure sports education of university students. |
