| 摘 要： | 2008年北京奥运会后,我国竞技体育进入＂后奥运时代＂,在继续沿着＂举国体制＂的发展模式下,专业运动员职级制度不仅仅是对＂举国体制＂的重要补充,也是创新和完善＂举国体制＂的基础性保障措施。本文从五个方面深入研究了我国构建专业运动员职级制度的可行性,并且提出四点基本原则。

| Abstract: | After 2008 Beijing Olympic Games,our competitive sports enter the era of post - olympic games period. On the development of the modle of＂ whole nation system＂, athletes＇ rank system is not only the important supply , but also is the basic security measures for the innovation and improvement of the ＂whole nation system＂. Having deeply studied the feasibility of athletes rank system on five aspects, this essay puts forward four basic principles. |
