| 摘 要： | 县级地方政府作为新农村体育公共产品的供给主体,在新农村体育建设中具有举足轻重的作用。通过分析县级财政的现状得知,县级财政的困境制约着我国新农村体育场地设施等公共产品的供给,影响我国新农村体育的建设和农民体育健身工程的有效开展。

| Abstract: | County-level local government as a new main supply of public goods,plays an important role in the construction of the new rural sports.By analyzing the financial status of county,the plight of the county finance restrict the supply of the public goods such as our country＇s sports playgrounds and facilities in rural areas,and affect the construction of our country＇s new rural sports and the start of fitness project for peasants effectively. |
