青少年心理应激的运动干预效应研究

摘    要:借助多元方差分析方法,对不同性别、层次、学校类型和生源地中学生的心理应激进行身体锻炼干预效应研究。研究结果表明:(1)不同锻炼强度下,对照组中,男女生和初高中组,实验前后差异不显著,实验组中,中小强度锻炼组实验前后差异显著,大强度锻炼组实验前后差异不显著;(2)相同锻炼强度下,实验前女生的心理应激水平高于男生,但差异不显著,而实验后男生的心理应激水平高于女生,差异显著;重点学校学生的心理应激水平显著高于非重点学校学生;城市中学生的心理应激高于乡镇中学生的心理应激;高中生所承受的心理应激显著大于初中生,毕业学生的心理应激显著高于非毕业学生的心理应激,不管是初中学生,还是高中学生,都是三年级学生的心理应激水平最大,其次是一年级和二年级学生,且相互间的差异都达到显著水平。

Abstract:With the aid of the multi - dimensional variance analysis method, to the different sex, the level, the school type and lives the source area middle - school student's psychological stress to conduct the bodily exercise intervention effect research. The findings indicated that: ( 1 ) different exercise intensity, the male female student and at the beginning of in the high school control group, around the experiment the difference is not remarkable around, in the experimental group, the low - intensity exercise group tests the difference to be remarkable around, the great intensity exercise group tests the difference not to be remarkable: (2) same exercise intensity, before the experiment female student's psychological stress level is higher than the male student, but the difference is not remarkable, after but tests male student's psychological stress level to be higher than the female student, the difference is remarkable; The key school student's psychological stress level obviously is higher than the non - key school student ; The city middle - school student's psychological stress is higher than the villages and towns middle - school student's psychological stress ; The high - school pupil withstands the psychological stress obviously is bigger than the junior high pupil, the graduation student's psychological stress obviously is higher than the non -graduation student's psychological stress, no matter is the junior middle school students, the high school students, all are the third year student's psychological stress level are biggest, next is the freshman class and the second year students, also the difference all achieves the remarkable level mutually.
