| 摘 要： | 采用实验法，实验证明，充分利用体育教学过程中练习的间隙时间，有机结合教材性质和特点，把体育教学能力的培养和训练渗透到体育教学各部分的每个教学环节中，融入到体育教学的全过程，有助于提高师范学生的体育教学能力。

| Abstract: | In this paper,the author use experiment method,It is proved in experiments that it is helpful to improve the students' abilities of sports teaching that teachers should make good use of the spare time when the students are waiting for exercise to cultivate their abilities of sports teaching in each step of the whole process,combining with textbooks. |
