| 摘 要： | 针对日益严峻的运动员文化教育问题，提出构建运动员文化教育支撑保障体系，以运动员教育注册制度为核心，涵盖师资队伍、办学条件、教材建设、教学督导和法律法规建设等方面，将运动员纳入特殊的、开放性的教育管理系统中，为运动员提供更便利、更优质的学习条件。
