| 摘 要： | 党中央国务院《关于深化教育改革，全面推进素质教育的决定》是我国21世纪教育改革和发展的宏伟蓝图，要“树立健康第一”的指导思想，中心思想是“育体育心”。课程改革是强化学校素质教育的主渠道，《教材》改革才是学校体育改革的主体工程。把单一的《体育》教材改成《体育与健康》，使二有机的结合起来，在《教材》内容的选择上重新审视教材的内容形式及项目，要进行全方位的改头换面，拓宽新领域以全新的版本展现给读。
