| 摘 要： | 通过对我国高校体育教育发展现状的分析,提出了以终身体育为指导思想,通过改革教学模式和考核制度,加强课外体育的制度化建设和提高场地器材利用效率等具体对策,为解决我国普通高校体育教育存在的问题提供参考。

| Abstract: | by the analysis into the development of physical education in today's universities,this paper claims that putting lifelong physical education as a direction,reforming the education pattern and examination system,and strengthening the management of extracurricular physical education,heightening the using efficiency of ground and equipment for sporting is the efficient countermeasure for the issue in physical education in universities. |
