| 摘 要： | 体育教学过程是学生在身心两方面相互联系、相互促进、协调发展的过程，学生只有具备良好的心理状态，才能在课堂上保持学习的积极性和主动性，收到最佳教学效果。通过对体育教学过程中学生产生逆反心理的原因进行分析，探讨克服逆反心理的方法。
