| 摘 要： | 合理的教学方法是完成教学任务和提高教学质量的关键。"慢拳快教"是依据生理学、心理学、解剖学、教育学等理论应用于太极拳教学上的一种教学方法。实验证明"慢拳快教"教学法不仅能有效节约教学时间,而且对正确建立太极拳动作技术图像和提高学生的学习兴趣均有显著性效果。
