| 摘 要： | 以验证发球趋避动机冲突对发球绩效的影响。实验通过发球指导语将高校高水平运动员（24人）分离成趋大于避组和避大于趋组。按照排球比赛的最新规则,两实验组共进行15局排球比赛。结果表明：（1）在比赛处于优势时,避大于趋的发球动机有利于提高发球攻击性;（2）在比赛处于劣势时,趋大于避的发球动机有利于提高发球攻击性。实验启示,教练员在临场指挥时,应根据比赛的性质,指导运动员的发球决策,发球攻击性的大小主要体现在破坏一攻率,而不是发球直接得失分率。
