| 摘 要： | 理论化教学是高校体育公共体育的必然走向，这是学校体育目的和学校体育教学目的的需求，也符合高校体育教学的规律。但高校公共体育理论化教学并不等同于单纯的增加理论课时，唯有将理论教学渗透于实践教学之中，凸显理论化教学的丰富性、回归性和关联性才是高校公共体育教学理论化的真正内涵所在。

| Abstract: | It is imperative under the situation to strengthen P.E theoretical teaching,it is not only the demand of the purpose of college P.E and college P.E teaching,but also answer for the rule of college P.E teaching.But theoretical teaching is not equal to single increasing theory hours,it's real meaning is to penetrate the practice teaching with theory teaching,pop put the rich character,the recursive character and the relational charater of theortization teaching. |
