摘    要:从高校体育课程的实际需要出发,以“健康第一”为指导思想,以现代教育思想、高校体育课程改革以及现有的教学研究实践的成果为依据,从课程目标、教学内容、教学组织、教学评价等方面构建定向运动课内外一体化的教学模式。以达到激发学生的学习动机、培养学生的学习兴趣、挖掘学生的学习潜力、发展学生的个性,增强学生的体质,促进学生的身心发展的目的。

Abstract:Based on the modern perspectives in education, curricular reforms in college physical education, and recent achievements in teaching and research, the present study was to search for a combined teaching model including purposes, context, organization, and evaluation for Orienteering Sports in classes and extracurricular activities. The purposes of the study were to stimulate the motivation of learning, foster the learning interest, exploit the learning potential, develop the personality, enhance the physical fitness, and promote the physical and mental development for students.
