| 摘 要： | 采用献资料等方法，结合我国具体情况，对排球运动的产业化趋势及相关难点与对策进行论证，认为排球运动产业化是该项目发展的必然趋势，但由于目前资源配置不合理、投入一产出效益低下、人才流动困难、内部竞争机乏力等因素的存在，使得我国排球竞技运动发展出现诸多问题，实行排球运动产业化是解决此类问题的根本途径，对此提出了相应的意见与建议。

| Abstract: | According to the situation of development of volleyball in our country ,the author demonstrates the feasibility , analyzes the difficulty in it , and puts forwards some countermeasure in how to deal with them in industrialization . In expounding it's inevitability , he also points out a lots of problem existed in it's developing , and gives some advice and countermeasure in how do all of it in practice . |
