| 摘 要： | 通过文献资料和问卷调查等方法 ,对福建大学生体育健康意识、学生对体育课的看法、课外活动情况、喜爱运动项目等方面进行调查 ,研究表明 :1)福建大学生对体育有较大的亲和力 ,有正确的主观认识和积极态度 ,大学生运动能力、健康水平、课外锻炼时间、次数均高于其它普通类大学生 ;2 )在学生对体育课看法方面 ,学生对体育课满意度呈正态分布 ,体育课开设二年不够 ,三年最佳 ,大学生体育课分班以项目分班 ;3)学生锻炼场地以运动场地为主 ,锻炼形式 2 4人自由活动 ,阻碍学生参与体育活动的主要因素为体育器材和场地不足 ,女生自我锻炼意识较差 ,而没有合适运动伙伴也是阻碍女生参与体育活动的主要因素之一。

| Abstract: | By using the method of documentary and questionnaire, the author studies college student's sports in Fujian and provides basis for further reform of Physical education. The results of this study indicated: 1) Most college students in Fujian show great interests in sports and have an active attitude toward sports. Their sports ability and health level are higher than the students from other colleges. The time they spent on sports and the frequency is higher than others. 2) As for college physical education, most students are satisfied with it. The study show that the current two-year physical education can not meet the requirement of students and they prefer three years' education. 3) The study show that most students do physical training in the sports field and usually two or four people as one group .The main factor to stop students from physical exercising is the lack of sports facilities and sports field. |
