| 摘 要： | 中国的社会转型在改革开放以后进入了加速期，快速的社会转型极大地影响了中国竞技体育的发展，赋予竞技体育的发展以许多新的特征，如异质性、形式主义、重叠性等等，必须认真研究这些特征及其带来的影响。加入WTO后，我国竞技体育生存和发展的外部环境发生了许多新的变化，这些变化对竞技体育的发展形成了新的挑战。伴随社会转型发生的社会主义市场经济新体制的建立，要求改革旧的竞技体制，建立一套新的竞技体制，才能保证中国竞技体育持续、健康、快速发展。

| Abstract: | After the policy of reformation and opening, China speeds up to transform. This greatly influences the development of China's athletic sports and endues many new characteristics to it, such as heterogeneity, formalism and repetition. We must study these characteristics and their influences carefully. After entering WTO, great changes have taken place in the outer surrounding of athletic sports, which forms new challenge to the development of athletic sports. |
