| 摘 要： | 随着新一轮信息技术革命的深入推进，数字经济已经成为我国经济社会发展的重要驱动力量，与体育产业深度融合为体育产业高质量发展增添新动能。运用文献资料、专家访谈、逻辑分析等研究方法对数字经济驱动体育产业高质量发展的理论逻辑、制约因素、变革机制进行探究，并提出推进策略。研究认为：数字经济能够提高政府管理和治理效率、促进体育产业全方位改造与精细化运作、提升体育企业的竞争意识与场景搭建能力。基于数字经济驱动体育产业高质量发展的逻辑机理，从质量变革、效率变革、动力变革三方面分析变革机制。提出坚持供给侧结构性改革主线，优化体育产业数字化转型政策环境；释放技术红利提高企业协同性，实现数据资源优化配置；重视新型基础设施建设，突破数字经济人才储备瓶颈；推动融合发展规范化，着力构建数字平台与场景。

| Abstract: | With the deepening of a new round of information technology revolution, digital economy has become an important driving force for China''s economic and social development. Its deep integration with the sports industry can add new impetus to the high-quality development of the sports industry. Research methods such as literature, expert interview and logical analysis are used to explore the logic, restrictive factors and reform mechanism that drive the high-quality development of sports industry in the era of digital economy, and to put forward promotion strategies. It is concluded that digital economy can improve the efficiency of government management and governance, promote all-round transformation and fine operation of sports industry, and enhance the competitive consciousness and scene building ability of sports enterprises. Based on the logical mechanism of digital economy driving the high-quality development of sports industry, this paper analyzes the reform mechanism from three aspects: quality reform, efficiency reform and power reform. It proposes to adhere to the main line of supply-side structural reform and improve the policy environment of sports industry digital transformation; Release technology bonus to improve enterprise synergy and realize optimal allocation of data resources; Pay attention to the construction of new infrastructure and break the bottleneck of talent reserve in the digital economy; Promote the standardization of integrated development and focus on building digital platforms and scenes. |
