| 摘 要： | 现代体育的一个重要特征是终身体育思想的建立和终身体育制度的形成，但是作为教育组成部分的学校体育在培养学生终身体育意识方面不尽人意。在和谐社会背景下，对终身体育观作一梳理，对终身体育观认识上的不足做了说明，指出终身体育观应以人的可持续发展为指导，强调身、心和社会适应的健康发展；应从三维角度来认识终身体育观；终身体育观的培养不是短暂行为，必须在新课改中强化青少年的终身体育观。最后指出我们应在《新课程标淮准》指导下，正确认识终身体育概念，在当前新课程改革中培养贯彻学生的终身体育观。
