| 摘 要： | 通过问卷调查、数据统计分析及文献资料等方法,对高职院校运动队课余训练的管理问题进行了研究,作者认为只有加强对高职院校运动队课余训练的管理,才能促进良好队风、训练和比赛作风的形成,以提高高职院校运动队的运动水平。
