大学生体力活动与心理健康关系的研究

摘    要:采用《中国大学生心理健康测评系统》和《国际体力问卷》调查和分析了大学生的体力活动状况和心理应激、心理健康、心理适应及人格之间的关系,结果表明:体力活动有助于降低心理应激水平,减轻心理压力,减少抑郁、自卑、依赖等心理困扰,提高大学生人际关系适应、校园生活适应、情绪适应等适应能力.同时优化人格品质,大强度活动与中等强度活动对于心理各主要因素的作用效果不一。

Abstract:The research adopts Chinese College Students Psychology Test and Intemational Physical Activity Questionnaire to analyze the relationship among students' physical activity, psychology stress, psychology health, psychology adaptation and personality. The results show that physical activity can lower the level of psychology stress and psychology pressure, diminish depression, self - abasement and dependence, improve the adaptation on interpersonal relation, campus living and emotion and optimize personality. The effects of vigorous and moderate physical activity are different.
