| 摘 要： | 采用问卷调查、实地观察等研究方法,通过教学实践,对现阶段高校民族传统体育项目教学现状与特点进行系统分析。研究发现,目前高校开设民族传统体育项目遭遇的瓶颈主要是校开设民族体育传统项目贫乏,学生对民族传统课程内容的评价普遍较低。主要原因如下：（1）大学生对是否学习传统体育项目缺乏主动权,教师决定学习内容;（2）传统体育活动方式与大学生体育需求存在错位现象;（3）大学生的学习自主权缺失;（4）教学过程中教师成为教学的主宰。为此,提出以下应对策略：（1）重建高校民族传统体育项目内容体系;（2）构建民族传统体育项目师资培训体系;（3）构建发展大学生自主性＂学练＂体系。

| Abstract: | Using survey, field observations and other research methods, through the teaching practice, analysis the present national traditional sports college status and characteristics of teaching systems. The study found ： At present, traditional national sports created bottlenecks encountered by primary schools set up traditional national sport is poor, students on national evaluation of the traditional physical education curriculum content is generally low. The main reasons are ： 1 Students learn the traditional sport lack of initiative, teachers decided the contents of study ;2 methods of traditional sports and physical needs of students is the phenomenon of dislocation 3 college students to learn the autonomy of teachers is missing in the teaching process , 4 teaching master the following strategies ： 1 reconstruction of the national tradition college sports content system, 2 build national traditional sports teacher training system, 3 college students build their own sexuality and the development of training system. |
