| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法、调查法从分析大学生心理的现状出发,对心理健康的标准、大学生心理健康的培养途径进行了深入的探讨,认为体育运动是发展学生心理健康的物质基础和动力,体育运动能推动自我意识的发展,培养意志品质。并针对学生存在的心理问题,提出了相应的教育措施。
